This is the last will and testament of James Stringer-Calvert of Redmire in the North Riding of the County of York farmer made this twentieth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninty.

I hearby revoke all wills and codicils heretofore made by me.

I appoint my son David Raw Stringer-Calvert of Redmire in the North RIding of York farmer to be the executor to this my will.

I direct that all my debts, funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

I give devise and bequeath unto my said son David Raw Stringer-Calvert all my Real and personal estate, houses, lands, shares, moneys and securities from all and every source whatsoever arising of which I have the power to dispose or appoint by this my will.

I declare this to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written.

Proved at York the fourteenth day of May 1890 by the oath of David Raw Stringer-Calvert the son the sole executor to whom administration was granted. The testator James Stringer-Calvert was late of Redmire in the North Riding of the County of York and died on the twenty first day of April 1890 at Redmire aforesaid. Gross value of personal estate L 1275 4s 3d.
