This indenture made this (twentyfifth) day of April ( ) in the year of our Lord God One Thousand Six Hundred Nynety Seven. Between William Robinson the younger of Ridmer in the county of York and Balihilow on the one part and Francis Calvert of Ridmer afforesaid yeoman on the other part

ALL that close or parcell of ground called or knowne by the name of Kirke Close and on the West side of Christopher Robinsons Kirke Close and containing by estimation three acres of meadow ground bee the same more or less all that hole or (that close or parcell of ground called or knowne by the name of Kirke Close adjoining on the est side of Mr. James Lightfoot Beanlands Close and on the )

A parcell of ground called Kitlatts belonging to Christopher Robinson and adjoining on the west side of a parcell of ground belonging to Nicholas Somers and containing by Estimation three acres of ground be it more or less

all that his the said William Robinsons ground contayning by estimation one and a halfe of ground ( ) be it more or less lying and being in the hold of ground knowne by the name of Heelds in the middle thereof between the other grounds belonging to his Grand the Duke of Bolton lying within the said Heelds Hole and all that other hole called by the name of Wood Hole lying and ajoining to the East of it Hole belonging to Christopher Robinson called (Tomlin Hole) and adjoining on the west side of Henry Calverts Wood Hole and containing by estimation one acre of meadow ... ground be it more or less

and all that Hole of parcell of ground ... called and knowne by the name of Leonard Robinsons Croft containing by estimation one acre of ground be the same more or less.

And all that hole or ground called by the name of Scriddle containing by estimation one acre of ground ... be the same more or less Together with all way waters, water courses, woods underwoods, timber and trees, commons, common of pasture, moore and turbitmens, privilidges, profits, comodities advantages and appertainances whatsoever to the said premises or any part or parcel thereof belonging or in any wise appersening or therewith used (orruxyed) or adjoining is part parten or (memoer) (irrident) or (app-sent) of or for the (land) demysed premisesor any part or parcell being within the premises and territorys of Ridmer afforesaid and now are or late ( ) in the tenure or ( ) portion of the said William Robinson his assigns or under tennants.

To have and to hold all and singular the Holes parcell of ground and other premises herrin or herby demysed and granted or mentioned or intendede or herby demysed and granted and every part and parcell thereof with their and of their every rights members and appertinances whatever to him the said Francis Calvert his executors administrators and assigns to the onely proper use behoose and benefit of him the said Francis Calvert his executors Adms and assigns from the day of these presents for and dureing and untill the full end term of one thousand years shall from ( ) be fully and ( ) finished and ending Yeilding and paying for the said premises to him the said Wm.
